So now that we are past the basic macros and using them to spam your l2 adena and l2 items spam we can now continue to use them for a little bit more advanced things like levelling and maintaining buffs.

Example XP macro

So, you are a level 24 Elf Wizard and you are grinding in Windy Mill. It’s a very good location since it does not have real obstacles and has only two types of mobs making it even easier. You can create such macro

Now just put the macro on your bar, right click it and enjoy the 8 levels completely AFK.

Let’s try something more advanced now. You are a lvl 51 dwarf fighter and need to reach lvl 57 but you really want to do it AFK and without dying. So you go to Sea of Spores and create macro as follows:

Those were the examples of simple macros you can use to painlessly grind some levels. But there are way more uses than that.

Looping buffs: Sonata Example

So you’re playing ISS, keeping track on sonatas might be annoying during long raids, help yourself with macro as such:

Replace the [name of toon] with the name of the toon you will follow. The /target is put twice to set your character into follow mode, and the four minute delay makes you forget about keeping track of the buff timers.
